Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, "Platform" refers to the 368gem website accessible at 368gem.onl together with all services offered on it. "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the Platform. "We" or "368gem" refers to the management and operators of this Platform.

"Terms" refers to this terms and conditions document in its entirety, including any amendments or additions made from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated version of the terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

The 368gem Platform is intended solely for individuals aged 21 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Use of the Platform by individuals below the specified age limit is strictly prohibited, and 368gem reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of this condition.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all such accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. All information provided during registration, including full name, MyKad number, mobile number and email, must be accurate and valid.

368gem reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for the purposes of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and fraud protection. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

The 368gem Platform supports various deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for each payment method. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the method used and the internal verification process.

All financial transactions are subject to 368gem's internal security checks. Funds deposited must originate from a legitimate source and must belong to the user. 368gem is not responsible for any loss resulting from errors by the bank or third-party payment providers.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit.
• Any attempt to transfer funds to a third-party account may result in the transaction being delayed or cancelled.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

The 368gem welcome bonus offers a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000. For a deposit of RM1,800, a bonus of RM888 is given with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

The 368gem VIP Programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0% of total eligible wagering. Advancement to a higher tier is based on wagering activity and periodic assessment by the 368gem team.

368gem reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined unless specifically stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Any attempt to abuse the promotions system may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Game and Betting Rules

All games available on the 368gem Platform, including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, sic bo, and sports and esports betting, are subject to their respective rules set by the relevant game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

In the event of any dispute regarding game results, the records stored in the 368gem server system will be considered final. Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved in accordance with 368gem's internal policy, and disputed results will be reviewed based on system logs.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Odds for sports betting may change at any time before a game begins.

Prohibited User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the 368gem Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Identity fraud, using another person's information without authorisation, or attempting to open multiple accounts.

Breaching any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action as appropriate depending on the severity of the breach.

Account Suspension and Closure

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 368gem support team via live chat or email. Before the account closure is processed, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed, or those bonuses will be forfeited.

In the case of account closure at the user's request, any valid cash balance (not subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned after the verification process is completed, in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The 368gem platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 368gem makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may result in the platform being temporarily unavailable.

368gem is not liable for any financial losses, lost opportunities, or indirect damages suffered as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including those caused by the user's internet connection interruptions, device failures, or any technical factors beyond 368gem's control.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

368gem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. The latest version of the terms will always be published on this page along with an updated effective date. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically.

The 368gem platform operates under an international licence. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set by the relevant licensing body. Users agree to use 368gem's support channels as the first step in resolving any dispute before taking further action.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be considered severable from these terms, while all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
